How To Start A Digital Business From Zero

A realistic 30-day path from no audience and no product to your first paying customer.

Most people start a digital business backwards: they build a product, then look for someone to buy it. The reverse order is faster and cheaper.

Week 1 — Choose a problem. Pick an audience you already understand and list the ten problems they complain about publicly. Score each by urgency and willingness to pay.

Week 2 — Sell before you build. Write a one-page offer with a clear promise and talk to twenty people. Your goal is not sales yet; it is the exact sentences they use to describe the problem.

Week 3 — Deliver manually. Take money from the first buyer and deliver by hand. Document every step you repeat.

Week 4 — Systemise. Turn the repeated steps into templates, then into a simple funnel: landing page, lead magnet, five-email sequence, offer page.

By day 30 you should have one paying customer, a documented process and a page that explains it. That is a business. Everything after is scale.
